Liran Tancman, CEO and co-founder of Rezilion, is one of the founders of the Israeli cyber command and spent a decade in Israel’s intelligence corps. In 2013, Liran co-founded CyActive, a company that built a technology capable of predicting how cyber threats could evolve and offer future-proof security. Liran served as CyActive’s CEO and led it from its inception to its acquisition by PayPal in 2015. Following the acquisition, Liran headed PayPal’s global Security Products Center responsible for developing cutting edge technologies to secure PayPal’s customers.

Shlomi Boutnaru, CTO and co-founder of Rezilion, was also a co-founder of CyActive (acquired by PayPal in 2015). Prior to CyActive, Shlomi managed the entire cyber security operation for Matrix, including development and integration of security products. Shlomi also served in elite units of IDF intelligence and the Israeli air force. He is a lecturer on information security in leading institutes in Israel and abroad and has a B.Sc. in Computer Science with emphasis on Network Security and Operating System Security, and an M.Sc. in education and cyber security.

Melissa Hart is the Chief Marketing Officer at Rezilion. A dynamic marketing executive, Melissa has helped some of the largest — and some of the newest — brands in the world to grow. Previously, she has served as the head of marketing for the video intelligence company, AnyClip, and led the marketing and integrated solutions divisions for Mashable and the Ziff Davis tech media portfolio. Prior to this, Melissa has led marketing and sales initiatives for a number of other tech and media companies, including Microsoft, the New York Post, AMC Networks and MTV. She is the co-founder of Electric Tomato, a marketing and strategy consultancy located in the New York City area.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Yoel manages all operational, legal, and financial aspects of the company, including pre- and post-sales departments. Before joining Rezilion, Yoel was an associate at a leading law firm specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions and Technology. He advised his clients on multiple business and legal issues. Yoel holds an LLB from the University of Haifa where he served as a vice editor in chief of the University’s leading law journal.

Ilana Ginzburg Vaknin is VP of Human Resources at Rezilion. Ilana brings years of experience with major corporations in team management, training, resource development, human resources and recruiting. Ilana is a community builder with proven experience in creating partnerships, organizing tech events, project management, process leadership and budget building. She is a member of the Beer Sheva City Council and chairs the Women’s Empowerment Committee.

Shahar Bahat is the Head of Product at Rezilion. In her role, Shahar oversees Rezilion's comprehensive long- and short-term product roadmaps and strategies. Additionally, she oversees product execution and management, identifying and evaluating customer challenges and translating them into valuable new features in our platform. Previously, Shahar has worked in a variety of product management and cyber security roles, focusing on software supply chain security, market research, and product development from strategy to execution. A few of her most interesting roles were Product and R&D Director in a joint venture between two leading global cyber and risk companies, and various leadership positions in Israel's 8200 Unit.
